Description :
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phone calls to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. This is an in-person position in Enfield, CT.
Your Role :
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer requests.
- Provide customers with service information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Research billing issues.
- Research on misapplied payments.
- Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Sell services and place customer orders on the computer system.
- Recognize documents and alert supervisor to trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements.
- May provide training for newer customer service employees.
- Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs
