Administrative Account Manager
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Job Type : Full-time
Location : Yale New Haven Hospital; 21 Sylvan Avenue; New Haven, CT 06519
Shift & Schedule : 8am - 4pm / Monday - Friday

What We're Looking For :
- Responsible for the day to day operations of assisting customers with enrolling, changing or cancelling their parking
- Assist contracted vendors and other non-employees with their parking needs
- Assist CHA Benefit eligible employees with MBTA enrollment
- Attend twice monthly new CHA employee orientations to present parking options and facilitate program enrollment
- Maintain an organized and accurate filing system
- Prepare weekly payroll reports of CHA employee parking deductions data
- Maintain office hours to assist CHA employees with all parking and transportation related services
- Assist with other projects as needed
