The USC Mark and Mary Stevens Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute and Laboratory of Neuro Imaging is looking for a full-time Project Specialist Administrative assistant. This position will be in charge of multiple projects hosted by the Image Data Archive (IDA) and work with the PI to plan and develop study SOPs, data collection and training activities. Participates in planning and ongoing meetings, study amendment planning and implementation discussions.
The Project Specialist will :
- Identify and assess data collection requirements, develop data collection system specifications and oversee or personally configure data collection systems to meet current and future needs of sponsored projects.
- Define, execute and document procedures for testing new / revised database application features.
- Develop and administer policies and procedures related to data access, disaster recovery, end-user resources, and internal operations.
- Resolve data flow issues across multiple platforms.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in human subject protection, data collection and data sharing policies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $29.44- $35.00.
