LHH is partnering with our client to find a dedicated Leasing Administrator for their team in Gahanna, OH. This role is essential in offering housing solutions and fostering positive public relations through outstanding customer service. The Leasing Administrator will manage the accuracy and confidentiality of property, tenant, and client records while supporting various leasing and occupancy functions. This position will start on a contract basis with the plans to turn permanent based on performance
Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate and confidential property, tenant, and client records, ensuring compliance with document retention policies.
Oversee leasing and occupancy activities, including initial lease-ups, annual rent adjustments, and move-in / move-out processes.
Manage residential data across multiple platforms and coordinate rent changes with relevant stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for residential operations and address tenant and provider inquiries.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property management with a focus on leasing functions.
Yardi software experience is not required but highly preferred
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage records for multiple entities.
Some residents will fall under HUD, Section 8 or subsidized housing. Previous experience in this area is helpful but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior customer service abilities, capable of effectively interacting with clients, tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors.
Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow complex processes and adapt to evolving needs.
Must reside in Franklin County.
Pay Details : $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
