Your new role
You will be experienced in credit control, specifically collections, as this role is to acquire all outstanding monies prior to year-end. Confident on the phone and happy to work in a busy environment, your ability to work as part of a team is paramount, as well as your capabilities at quickly picking up new tasks and responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
With five GCSE’s at least Grade C or level four (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent experience, you will befortable with, and have experience of, working in a busy Credit Control office environment where you are delivering front-line administrative services. You will be able to manage your time to meet deadlines and work under pressure withoutpromising on quality. Demonstrable experience of outbound calling customers to collect overdue debt and resolving queries timely and effectively, and proactively work with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
You will also have good spoken and writtenmunication skills, good digital skills, including experience of using digital devices and apps, including the internet, email, digitalmunication tools, Microsoft 365 applications, ERP systems, bemitted to continuing professional development and have the ability to solve problems and resolve straightforward issues yourself and as part of a team. Additionally, you will be able to provide advice and guidance to a range of colleagues and customers.
