📍 School Administrator – Sittingbourne | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for education and organisation? We are currently seeking a School Administrator to support a thriving primary/secondary school in on a temporary basis, with the possibility of long-term opportunities.

📅 Start Date: ASAP
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
💷 Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
📍 Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team
*

Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors at reception
*

Managing attendance records and pupil data using SIMS (or similar)
*

Assisting with correspondence, filing, and document preparation
*

Supporting with admissions, school events and general day-to-day operations

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role
*

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS)
*

A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
*

Strong communication and organisational skills
*

Ability to work effectively as part of a busy school team
