Job descriptionConfigure, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual server environments. Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) systems. Administer directory services, authentication protocols, and access controls. Ensure system integrity and safeguard sensitive data. Provide support for IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Document system configurations and operational procedures. Train team members on new technologies and IT best practices. Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Work with internal teams to define project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with external vendors and ensure project delivery within budget. Research and recommend innovative technology solutions. Ensure adherence to relevant IT regulations and standards. Conduct routine audits and implement necessary improvements. Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes. Uphold organizational IT policies and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. Minimum of 3 years in network and systems administration. Proficiency in managing network infrastructures and system tools. Hands-on experience with directory services, BCDR systems, and Linux-based systems. Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware. Familiarity with storage solutions (e.g., SAN systems). Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Experience with Red Hat Linux environments. Expertise in storage technologies, such as IBM Flash Storage or NetApp. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
