Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Engagement & Community Partnerships
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, local community members, and relevant organizations to enhance THG’s reputation and engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with alumni to create a strong network that contributes to school growth and success.
- Establish partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions to provide additional resources, opportunities, and support for students and clients.
- Create channels for gathering feedback from stakeholders to inform decision-making and improve THG’s offerings.
- Represent the THG’s interests to local education authorities, government bodies, and community leaders to influence policies and regulations.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
