Position Overview

The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in supervising, monitoring, and analyzing admissions team performance. This position identifies performance trends, provides strategic insights, and delivers consistent coaching and training to ensure the team meets both metric-specific and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other departments to provide exceptional service to new students . All admissions activities must be conducted with the highest ethical standards while adhering to state, federal, and institutional policies and regulations .

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent coaching and training to admissions representatives to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives within the local and regional landscape , using performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to support lead generation and optimize the admissions pipeline.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulations related to school and recruitment operations .
  • Maintain accurate and timely data integrity within the CRM system .

Education, Experience, & Qualifications Core Competencies

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) – Required.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment , consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong coaching and training skills to enhance team performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to promote the institution and engage with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Effective leadership and management skills , including change management and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities .
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality .
  • Strong team-building abilities , particularly in managing remote teams and an expanding organization .
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills .
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed .

    • Education & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree required OR
  • Three or more years of experience in :
  • Management and sales in a goal-oriented environment
  • Coaching and training in a student enrollment operation
  • Managing remote teams or multiple teams within a sales or education organization
