Job descriptionManage admissions and discharge processes Develop and implement best practices for admissions Manage admissions staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training Monitor admissions capacity and communicate with clinicians Develop strategies to generate revenue and maintain patient satisfaction Develop and maintain relationships with community referral sources Work with marketing to develop promotional material Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Maintain model rooms for tours In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations Experience in admissions, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting Ability to develop and maintain relationships with community referral sources Ability to solve problems and develop corrective actions Ability to develop and maintain departmental and institutional goals. Bachelors Minimum.
