CornerStone Staffing is seeking a dedicated Clerk to join the Human Resources department.

This temporary position will support the team for three months, assisting with key administrative tasks.

Job Title : Clerk

Location : Records Building, Downtown Dallas, TX

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay : $18.24

Length of Assignment : 3 months

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Benefits team with Open Enrollment tasks in the Oracle Fusion platform.

Maintain and organize employee records and files.

Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of HR information.

Generate reports and assist with HR metrics and analytics.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and enrollment processes.

Coordinate logistics for HR events and training sessions.

Help prepare and distribute HR communications and materials.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation scheduling.

Assist with special projects as needed to enhance departmental efficiency.

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or higher education.

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
