Job description
A company is looking for a Customer Adoption Manager to drive enterprise-wide adoption projects for their customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-department change across the residential homebuilding lifecycle
Guide customers toward operating model reinvention beyond incremental adoption
Serve as the escalation owner and influence product direction based on implementation feedback
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat, ChurnZero, or Gainsight
Strong sense of ownership and proactive issue resolution skills
Comfortable using AI and analytics to drive customer value
Excellent partnership skills with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
