About the Role :

We’re looking for a results-driven Ad Specialist to manage and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure maximum visibility, lead generation, and campaign success. This role is critical to scaling our company-wide advertising efforts and working seamlessly with our talented creative team to bring impactful campaigns to life.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align campaign goals with visual and written content.
  • Monitor and tweak ad performance to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs.
  • Implement targeting strategies that align with audience insights and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for the team with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Potentially contribute to social media strategy and execution, leveraging broader skills to support the team.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of audience targeting, A / B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with the creative team on ad content and copy.
  • Bonus : Experience with social media management or other digital marketing tools.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for delivering results.
