Online Marketplace & Digital Marketing Specialist

Kerae Medical is a growing Medical Equipment and Supply company dedicated to providing high-quality durable medical equipment (DME) that improves comfort, mobility, independence, and quality of life for patients. We are seeking an experienced Online Marketplace & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence, generate qualified leads, and drive sales across our website, e-commerce marketplaces, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is both marketing- and sales-driven, with hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, lead generation, and social media. Experience in medical supplies, DME, healthcare, or related industries is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote DME products and increase online sales.
• Manage and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create and improve product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other listing elements to maximize traffic and conversions.
• Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Linkin, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assist with online orders, and support the customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
• Monitor website and marketplace performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular marketing and sales reports.
• Apply SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and product rankings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and product information comply with applicable DME, healthcare, and company standards.
• Design or coordinate the creation of 3D graphics, product visuals, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Identify new online sales opportunities, marketplace trends, and strategies for increasing revenue.
• Stay current with digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and healthcare marketing trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, online marketplaces, and/or online sales.
• Experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert online traffic into sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience in DME, medical supplies, healthcare, or medical equipment sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing/compliance guidelines is a plus.
• Basic IT and troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design or 3D product visualization is a plus.
