Job Title : Digital Advertising Assistant

Location : Tukwila, WA

Job Type : In-Office Position Full Time.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Assistant to manage and optimize our Google AdWords campaigns and social media ad spending. This role is crucial in ensuring that our limited search budget is maximized for efficiency, driving high-quality traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads (AdWords) and AdSense , along with experience managing advertising strategies across social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Please note : This is an in-office position. It is not a remote or hybrid role. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at our office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Google AdWords Management :
• Oversee and optimize daily Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum ROI within our budget constraints.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to improve performance.
• Monitor competitor activity in Google search and develop strategies to compete effectively.
• Budget Optimization & Performance Tracking :
• Manage ad spend efficiently, ensuring cost-effective bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions and improve conversion rates.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Social Media Advertising :
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Adjust targeting and creatives based on analytics to enhance ad performance.
• Market & Competitor Analysis :
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights on how competitors are leveraging Google Ads and adjust our strategy accordingly.
