Job Summary :
León y Sol Tequila is seeking a Market Sales Representative to spearhead our sales efforts and drive brand penetration in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the spirits industry, a proven sales track record, and strong existing relationships with local distributors, on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, and lounges), and off-premise retailers (liquor stores, grocery chains, and specialty shops).
As a new and exciting brand, we offer competitive, above-market compensation and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping León y Sol’s success in one of the most dynamic markets in the country.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Penetration : Strategically grow sales and establish León y Sol Tequila in the Bay Area market.
- Account Management : Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, on-premise, and off-premise accounts to increase product visibility and availability.
- Brand Representation : Be the face of León y Sol Tequila, representing the brand at tastings, events, and activations to build awareness and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy : Create and execute targeted sales plans, including market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategies.
- Performance Metrics : Track and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the León y Sol marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Customer Education : Conduct product trainings and tastings for buyers, staff, and consumers to highlight León y Sol’s quality and unique story.
