Proven experience in aerospace engineering, specifically in the design and development of electronic products. Strong understanding of DO-178, DO-160, and DO-254 guidelines and their application in aerospace projects. Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing change requests. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report status to stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience with aerospace regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards. Familiarity with systems engineering and integration processes.

responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of hardware and software for electronic products in aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with DO-178, DO-160, and DO-254 guidelines.
- Manage project schedules and track project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Provide inputs to and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule and conduct weekly Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to facilitate project progress.
- Track and manage the technical aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Report project status, including technical progress, risks, and issues, to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Elaborate and manage stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for the engineering team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment to drive project success.
