Salary : 80000-10000 + 5% bonus

My aerospace component manufacturing client is looking to bring on a Production Scheduler / Planner to assist in their production needs.

This is a full time, direct hire, on site position.

Salary is 80k-100k DOE + 5% bonus.

Key Responsibilities :

MRP Execution Management

Release and Manage shop Work Orders

Run MRP planning functions such as MRP, Schedule, Exception Message Reports,

Dispatch Reports

Distribute data, actions, and reports to team members to ensure schedule is adhered to

and system data are properly maintained.

Schedule Development

Schedule each work center using MRP tools prioritizing to balance financial

requirements and customer schedules

Progress Assurance

Track production progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and

implement corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery.Ensure that all production

issues affecting delivery or cost are escalated to the appropriate party that can help.

Communication

Communicate all production issues to the production team members in real time.

Chair customer status meetings. Communicate delivery dates to customer. Maintain

customer portals with committed ship dates.

Capacity Planning

Analyze production capacity and forecast future needs to optimize resource allocation

and prevent bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and customer interface within

the aerospace industry.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-

functional teams.

Expertise in production management systems and scheduling software.

Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
