Clinical / Aesthetic Medical Assistant Position

Location : Plano, TX

Job Type : Part-time

Salary : $18-22 / hour

About Us :

At Pediatric Offices at Willow Bend / Wellness at the Spa, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our community. We are currently looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team and help us deliver excellent patient care in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Greet patients and prepare them for examination.
Take and record accurate patient vitals and medical history.
Assist with MedSpa procedures ie. IVs, SQ injections
Administer injections and medications as directed.
Manage laboratory specimens and perform basic lab tests.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
Provide patient education and support.
Front Office experience is a benefit.

Requirements :

Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is a plus.

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
