REP SUPPORT
- Provide technical and informational support for North American P&M Reps
- Utilize technical resources within both the marketing and lab group for rep assistance
- Maintain database for use by technical group
- Be able to prioritize and follow through with field requests for information
- Must utilize time management and resources to handle volume of calls
