Job descriptionHow long with KoC? Started in 2016. Prior Experience? 20 years in the mortgage sales industry. Passions About? He enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his church, refereeing basketball games, and cheering for the University of Memphis sports teams. How long with KoC? Started in 2023. Prior Experience? Active duty Army, now in the Army Reserves as a Green Beret. Passions About? He is an ultra-marathon runner, a devoted family man, and loves mentoring young boys at his church. He spends time in Kentucky for both his Army and KoC commitments. Fast onboarding process, with new agents typically ready to begin within 30 days. Mentorship program that includes an average of 25-35 appointments with an experienced mentor to ensure early success. Paid licensing and professional designations to support ongoing development. Mission-driven work focused on serving fellow Catholics and their communities. Opportunity to align your professional life with their faith and values within their church community. Access to a robust database of approximately 1,000 Catholic families to jumpstart your client base, eliminating the need to rely on personal networks. Faith-filled individual, active in his parish. Systematic, and being able to follow a process toward success. Coachable, willingness to learn and be challenged. Self-driven and energetic. Disciplined with a strong work ethic. Open minded to a career change. Path to exceed $100,000 in first year earnings, with starting draw. Up to $12,000 in training grant. Significant variable perks including commissions, bonuses and incentive trips, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance. Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and disability insurance. Retirement including Pension and 401(k). 2 or 4 year degree is preferred, but not required. Willingness to quickly obtain (or reinstate) state insurance licenses and FINRA certifications. To align with the Knights of Columbus charter and IRS nonprofit status, agents / advisors must meet the organization's membership requirements, which are limited to Catholic men as defined by the governing body. This qualification is in accordance with the Knights of Columbus' governing charter and bylaws, as a Catholic fraternal benefit society under IRS Section 501(c)(8).

- Prior To? Daniel served in the United States Air Force (USAF) and worked in papermaking before joining the Knights of Columbus Insurance Field Force in 2005.
- Passionate About? Daniel is a private pilot and an officer in the Civil Air Patrol, serving the official Auxiliary of the USAF. He loves family camping trips and is passionate about helping young people develop faith and leadership skills. Daniel is the President of his Parish Council and runs the altar server program at his parish
