Broaden your work experience floating among several McLeod facilities, or take a long-term assignment, working only one. Your Life- Your Time- Your Choice!Program Options :

• Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations = $50 / hr.; minimum of 12 hour shift every 6 weeks.
• Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations = $55 / hr.; minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks.
• Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $35 / hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.
• Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $65 / hr. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.Compensation : Shift differentials are accrued on top of base hourly rates listed above.
• Evening 3p-11p = $1.25 / hr.
• Nights 11p-7a = $6.00 / hr.
