We're looking for individuals who want to join our real estate team and work directly with buyers as they search for their next home.
This is an opportunity to get out in the field, tour properties, meet clients, and gain practical real estate experience without spending your day making cold calls.
What makes this opportunity different?
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced agents who are actively working with clients and closing transactions. You'll also have access to mentorship and proven systems to help you learn the business and develop your skills.
Your responsibilities will include showing homes to motivated buyers, helping clients through the purchasing process, following up with prospects, and building relationships that can lead to future business.
No previous real estate showing experience is necessary.
We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, communicate well, are dependable, and are willing to learn.
Whether you're newly licensed or currently working toward your real estate license, this opportunity gives you a chance to gain experience with an established team.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
High commission split. Flexible schedule. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
No cold calling. Training and mentorship provided.
