Hybrid role, must be able to commute to Boston MA two weeks per month. Our industry-leading financial services client is seeking a Senior Agile Coach.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $95-105 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

• You will be a thought partner to the Tribe Leader, Squad Leader, Scrum Master, and to the Squad, supporting them in identifying solutions to obstacles as they arise
• You will regularly assess Squads’ Agile maturity, which will inform your coaching and development approach for each Squad
• You will bring your intellectual curiosity, love of learning new skills and capabilities (e.g., Agile / Scrum principles to influence change)
• You will share innovative, creative, and pragmatic thinking in order to solve problems and get things done
• You have a deep background in coaching and developing people and squads, and in influencing behavior change towards constant improvement
• You provide strong skills in influencing without authority
• You have a commitment to our new way of working through greater collaboration and breaking down of silos

Experience Requirements

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
