We seek a dynamic and motivated outside Sales and Design Consultant focusing on State and Municipal nationwide along with Agriculture sectors with a focus on the western region of the United States. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, efficient, and proactive to ensure customer satisfaction. As a key member of our sales force, he / she will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Some travel should be expected to the company headquarters during the initial training and learning phase. Additionally, regular travel for meetings with prospective and existing customers is also a requirement of the role.
Company provides a competitive compensation package that includes the potential for very attractive commissions.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect potential customers, and conduct cold calls, emails, networking events, and in-person visits to initiate contact.
- Understand a client’s needs, effectively communicate, and provide them with detailed proposals / quotes and technical information related to any requests.
- Work cross-functionally to facilitate the flow of information, align sales strategies, and share insights.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices.
- Travel within the designated market is anticipated and mandatory.
