Arbol Residences Santa Rosa is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dietary Aide to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dietary Aide :

• Sets tables and maintains work stations in proper order.
• Operates a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season and knead foodstuffs for cooking, serving and storing.
• Assists in the preparation of hot and / or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage.
• Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Ability to follow the Arbol steps of service.
• Accurately completed daily opening and closing check lists for their respective duties.
• Brews coffee and tea. May be required to restock other beverage areas.
• Serves and replenishes food from counters and steam tables and breaks down stations at the end of meal periods.
• Clears dishes from during and after meal service.
• Answers pertinent questions about menu items.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education and Experience

Certifications, Licenses, and other Special Requirements

Current ServSafe Certification required. Obtain / hold any local, state and / or country required food handling sanitation licenses and / or certificates.
