Summary :
The Senior Aircraft Mechanic / Flight Engineer will perform assigned flight duties on P3 aircraft as well as perform aircraft maintenance.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification (A&P License) in a turbo propeller powered aircraft OR FAA A&P certification with 4 years of active duty military experience as a mechanic on a P3 Orion aircraft operated under USC Title 10 or C130 Hercules aircraft.
- Experience with P3 aircraft required.
- Experience supporting a NASA / DoD contract.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must have beginner to intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to enter data accurately into databases.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
