We're searching for an experienced, passionate Business development Manager with deep enthusiasm for firearms, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive customer relationships and sales.
Role Overview :
Initially, you will immerse yourself in our business by assisting with customer service, operations, and warehouse duties - ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and customers. As you integrate into our company, you'll progressively shift towards strategic business development activities, including closing deals, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our B2B and Ecommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide stellar support through email, phone, and social media, assisting customers with orders and addressing inquiries swiftly
- Manage inbound sales inquiries swiftly.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and production teams to execute key projects and initiatives.
- Contribute actively to firearm-holster fitting, improving our sizing charts for firearm holsters.
- Represent the company at industry events such as SHOT Show, accompanying senior leadership.
