Job Summary
The program manager for airport commercial programs is responsible for the tenant design and construction implementation coordinating the tenant build out schedules to ensure compliance with master leases obligation meeting deadlines and budget. Similarly, the oversight of the Fraport Capex program for mandatory capital expenditure is the responsibility of the program manager.
The program manager oversees and coordinates the implementation schedules in close coordination with the airport teams, particularly the tenant design / construction and leasing manager of the respective property.
Working of the contract terms and conditions agreed in the term sheets and tenant lease agreements, the program manager establishes the approach and program controls for the effective tracking of progress, identification of schedule and / or budget deviation, proposal of measures to resolve and return to critical path.
The program manager reports to the CEO (disciplinary) and Executive Team.
