Responsibilities
Airline Compliance Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour
This role provides critical administrative support to the Regional Director of Compliance, ensuring the operations adhere to all FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations, with a strong focus on regulatory training and meticulous record-keeping.
Compliance Training : Coordinate and enforce the timely completion of all mandatory recurrent and new hire regulatory training modules.
Record Management : Maintain accurate employee records and airline access permissions in multiple LMS / HRIS systems .
Tracking & Reporting : Systematically track training status and completion dates on a central compliance sheet.
Regulatory Programs : Handle administrative support for the DOT / FAA Drug & Alcohol Program , including preparing Initial and Quarterly Random testing paperwork.
Training Delivery : Serve as a "Train the Trainer" for Airline Training.
Administrative Support : Manage business permit, license, and lease applications / renewals, and support overall Aviation Services administration.
Travel : May be required for Audits and supporting new operations.
Qualifications
Understanding of HRIS systems including payroll, ATS, time and attendance
Must be able to multi-task and manage confidential information
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred
Pass required background and drug screens
Be able to meet company appearance guidelines
Available to work shift times required by our client or operational needs including nights, weekends, and holidays
Be able to sit, stand, lift, climb, push and / or bend for extended periods of time and have the ability to lift objects and baggage with weights in excess of 70 pounds in a safe manner

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers and to communicate with customers and fellow employees. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. In addition, the employee is required to of twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision and Ability to adjust focus.
