Listing Specialist (Amazon)
Lago is looking for a talented Listing Specialist to join our team and ensure quality, accuracy, and optimization across product catalogs on the Amazon platform.
Responsibilities
- Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, ensure optimized product listings with accurate descriptions and images for assigned clients
- Upload and maintain all product details on the Amazon platform, including descriptions, images, and specifications
- Ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Proactively identify issues within the catalog, such as missing information or incorrect attributes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve listing issues promptly
- Identify and propose strategies to minimize listing errors and maintain high listing quality
- Generate regular reports on listing status, issues, and performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations for catalog improvements and growth strategies
- Stay updated with Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance
- Maintain or exceed department-established performance standards
- Continue to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standards
- Other duties as assigned
