Caldarella’s is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Receiver to join our team! We are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse while ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipments.

What You'll Do :

Unload shipments from trucks using forklifts or other equipment.

Inspect goods for damage, quantity accuracy, and match against packing slips or invoices.

Record shipment details into the warehouse management system (WMS), including item codes, quantities, and any discrepancies.

Identify and report any damaged or defective products.

Compare received items to purchase orders to ensure correct quantities and product descriptions.

Label received items properly and sort them for storage in designated warehouse locations.

Place received items on shelves or in storage areas according to warehouse procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory records by updating the WMS with incoming shipments.

Complete necessary receiving documents, including packing slips, invoices, and return goods authorizations.

Report any discrepancies or issues with shipments to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with local customer deliveries.

What You'll Bring to the Table :

Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately check and verify product details.

Basic Math Skills : Proficiency in calculating quantities and verifying numbers on paperwork.

Physical Ability : Capability to lift and move heavy boxes or pallets.

Computer Literacy : Proficiency with warehouse management systems and data entry.

Forklift Operation : Ability to operate a forklift safely (in some roles).

Organization Skills : Efficiently manage incoming shipments and maintain warehouse organization.

Computer Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft products.

Warehouse Safety Experience : Knowledge of and adherence to warehouse safety protocols.

Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish.
