Job Title : Warehouse Specialist
Job Type : Full-time
Location : Jacksonville
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and maintaining inventory levels. The Warehouse Specialist will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities :
Receive and process warehouse stock products
Pick and fill orders from stock
Pack and ship orders to customers
Organize and maintain inventory levels
Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.
Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Provides quality service by following organization standards.
Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Completes reports by entering required information
Harvest Parts from decommissioned equipment
Help keep inventory of the harvested parts by labeling and organizing in the parts catalog
Help maintain the forklift by charging the batteries and making sure the battery levels are good.
Shipping and receiving of parts that go in and out of the Jacksonville warehouse.
Scrap, junk and recycle items that come into the warehouse
Help to keep the warehouses clean and full of supplies. This includes vacuuming the floor and cleaning the inside office space.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
