Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service Execute general day-to-day agenda based on priority including receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory, and maintenance operations with a high attention to detail Maintain compliance with company’s policies and vision Communicate with customers, vendors, trucking companies Full-Time Mon – Fri, 40+ hours per week, entry-level position with growth potential 19.23-$26.44 per hour range, with starting rate to be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience Paid holidays PTO available after a probationary period Medical, dental, vision insurance available 401K Discretionary annual bonus potential The pay range for this position is listed above however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate for Shamrock Sales, Inc. you are in a customer facing role and must maintain a professional work ethic, attitude, and appearance at all times. You will be responsible for the essential accuracy and efficient receipt, storage, and shipments of a wide variety of products related to hydronic heating and plumbing equipment. Warehouse Associates must also process product returns from the field, requiring you to be a liaison with multiple departments, including Customer Service, Warranty, and Technical Services. Warehouse Associates are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments. Shamrock Sales, Inc. is a leading manufacturers representative of hydronic heating and plumbing products based in Denver, Colorado. Family owned and operated, Shamrock Sales, Inc. has been in business for over 28 years. We are proud to offer the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to handle demanding situations
- Prior experience working in a warehouse encouraged
- Forklift certified preferred (on the job training is provided)
- Ability to work on feet 8 hours per day and lift loads up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, UPS Worldship, and ERP Software a plus
