Supply Chain Specialist

The Supply Specialist is a key member of the Materials Management team, responsible for supporting clinical operations through effective materials handling, distribution, and logistics. This role involves determining replenishment needs, tracking shipments, and documenting the receipt and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. Shift : 12 : 00pm - 8 : 30pm, Monday - Friday.

Compensation : Starting Pay : $16 / hour. Increases : $1$3 raise after 36 months, yearly raises. Advancement : Significant opportunities for growth within the organization, multiple career paths and strong promotion from within.

Primary Responsibilities : Determine replenishment requirements for medical supplies, locate, select, and document the issue of supplies, receive and distribute supplies and equipment, perform inventory management and material handling, pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners, handle shipping and receiving tasks with accurate recordkeeping, use SAP for logistics and warehouse inventory tracking.

Required Qualifications : High school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant work experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with recordkeeping, shipping / receiving, and inventory control, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications : Logistics experience in a healthcare setting, familiarity with RF scanners and scan guns, comfortable using SAP and email systems.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 / hr.
