Compensation Analyst Responsibilities :
- Developing Meta's Human Resource (HR) policies, strategies, and programs related to compensation.
- Apply human resource management principles, data analysis and data management to develop strategic HR compensation programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent, while aligning compensation programs with the company's compensation philosophy.
- Analyze HR and competitive compensation strategies through the data analysis of relevant market HR compensation data trends, and synthesize business intelligence and compensation trend data to support recommendations for action.
- Participate in the research for, and ongoing development and administration of a HR compensation program that matches Meta's needs.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods.
- Design and deliver the Meta's HR compensation policies and programs that include the annual merit, promotion, bonus program, market pricing, job evaluation and correspondence between within the company.
- Develop HR compensation models and conduct statistical analysis.
- Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting.
- Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process.
- Analyze competitive compensation trends to identify ways to improve the competitiveness of Meta's compensation programs.
- Generate summarizing key compensation data for review by executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct HR cost modeling and employee impact analysis for proposed new programs or program changes.
- Inform, influence, and execute new HR and recruiting program strategies and tactics using data analysis and impact metrics to support the planning and execution of our compensation programs.
- Monitor compensation and HR program trends and provide feedback to attract and retain talent while aligning programs with Meta's compensation philosophy.
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis to support HRBPs and the compensation team in making business decisions.
- Identify and track success metrics for improving our compensation program, and they will propose and execute improvements to business processes for the program.
- Work with large amounts of data to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics, and create tools to streamline the process and to monitor the integrity and validity of reported data.
- Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.
Minimum Qualifications :
Public Compensation : $216,652 / year to $245,960 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
