A company is looking for a Remote Collections Analyst to work Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and collect outstanding invoices through direct contact with partners and clientsGenerate and revise monthly client reminder statements and provide accounts receivable reportsDevelop strong working relationships with assigned partners to support client collection needsRequired QualificationsAssociate Degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience5 or more years of hands-on billing and / or collections experience, preferably in a law firm environmentExperience with ARCS, Star Collect, Aderant, Elite, or other legal billing systems preferredAdvanced proficiency with pivot tables and complex spreadsheet analysisAbility to develop solutions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
