Job Summary

The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Investments will provide analytical and qualitative support to be reviewed and synthesized by senior team members in the pursuit of office acquisitions. The Analyst / Senior Analyst will assist with the evaluation of markets and submarkets, supports senior team members in the creation of a market-specific investment thesis, and supports the underwriting and execution of office investment opportunities.

The Analyst will also engage with regional market leads and work with teams on the development of asset strategies, production of valuations, and disposition coordination and analysis for existing investments. The Analyst must have remarkable organizational and communication skills with an ability to work through complex issues and apply critical thinking skills as they gain experience in the real estate investment space.

Qualifications

Base Salary Range : ($100-$150k)

Total Direct Compensation : This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus on an annual basis.
