Job Summary

Position Purpose

The Facilities Operations Analyst provides high-level executive administrative management and advanced professional organization to ensure efficient and effective operations for the Facilities Management Department. This position works closely with the Director of Facilities to analyze, develop, improve and implement operational systems and workflows, facilities policies, and manage administrative functions of the department such as budgeting, project accounting and work orders with the goal of optimizing efficiency, cutting costs, and promoting sustainable operations. This position acts as subject matter expert to provide evaluation, coordination and methodology for the organizational management of the operations, projects and recordkeeping.

Position Responsibilities

Initiate purchase orders, requisitions, contracts and documentation for both operations and projects. Receive and verify invoices for payment approval.

Evaluates the Facilities Management division's operational systems, procedures, and workflows to identify areas for improvement, to optimize efficiency, cut costs and waste, while also minimizing the environmental impact.
