Maintain the quality control document system and help compile data reports. Review batch data for the release of GMP materials. Author and edit test procedures and SOPs. Support the investigation team by compiling or reviewing data. Write deviations, CAPAs, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data review for the release of products including raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Review and interpret data results from HPLC data.
  • Maintain the quality control document system and compile data reports.
  • Review batch data for the release of GMP materials.
  • Author and edit test procedures and SOPs.
  • Support the investigation team by compiling or reviewing data.
  • Write deviations, CAPAs, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with HPLC, GC, GC / MS, ICP-MS, NMR, and LIMS.
  • Strong data review and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical chemistry and GMP processes.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a similar scientific field.
  • Three or more years of technical experience with GC, GC / MS, ICP-MS, LC / MS, NMR, or HPLC.
  • Hands-on experience with ELN or LIMS software strongly preferred.
  • Quality control and GMP experience preferred.
  • Work Environment

    The Quality Control Documentation Specialist will work onsite in our Tewksbury, MA facility, with occasional travel to Andover. This role involves performing data reviews for the release of regulated and non-regulated materials, maintaining the quality control document system, and compiling data reports. The position requires adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00 / yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Tewksbury,MA.
