Who are we looking for :

The Analytics Engineer’s primary objective is to guide ACV in identifying and meeting the needs of its customers. This role is focused primarily on internal operations optimization by delivering actionable insights using data and analytics on our telephony and case management systems.

What you will do :

Build datasets from internal data while also programmatically pulling from external data sources

Analyze said datasets by both building and drawing inferences from logical data models

Build reports and dashboards to give both internal stakeholders visibility into relevant metrics

Focus on the fundamentals of great questions, good process, competent analysis, clear communication, team wins, and focused contribution to the company’s needs

With leadership guidance, be able to present analysis of a business area to stakeholders and support follow on questions, converting business questions into technical requirements

What you will need :

BA / BS in Statistics, Business Administration, Operations Research, or similar computationally intensive degree -or- college / university degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

3+ years of relevant, professional work experience related to position

Strong Professional Experience with SQL

Experience doing complex queries and transformations on large data sets

Experience with data visualization / dashboarding tools like Tableau

Expertise in exploratory data analysis and the basics of data-driven reasoning are a must

Functional competency in Python or similar scripting language

SME in Salesforce or similar CRM platform is an asset #LI-AM3
