A company is looking for a Coordinator of Anesthesia Coding Quality and Education. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the flow of medical record coded information for billing and reimbursement Ensure the completeness, accuracy, quality, and timely submission of medical data and documentation Design and evaluate educational programs to improve documentation practices and serve as a resource for providers and coding staff Required Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field or five years of coding experience in lieu of education Certification in at least one coding specialty (e.g., RHIT, CPC, CCS) Thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and coding systems Five years of specialty coding experience preferred
