Job Title : Remote Client Care Associate
Hourly Pay : $28 - $34 / hour
Summary :
We are looking for a Client Care Associate to join our work-from-home team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
- Assist with product / service-related questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
Provide guidance on account management and services offered
Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary
Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using customer service software and CRM systems
