Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join a power generation company located in Glastonbury, CT. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in project controls within EPC projects, preferably in industries like oil & gas, power generation, renewable energy, or infrastructure. The position will be hybrid with 3-4 days on-site. The Project Controls Manager for EPC projects is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management activities to ensure successful project execution. This role ensures that all project controls systems are in place and aligned with the project’s objectives, budgets, and timelines. The Project Controls Manager collaborates with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and construction teams to provide accurate performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
