pThe strongEquipment Control Coordinator / strong is a critical member of the equipment team and is responsible for tracking all trucks and accurately entering data into the AS400 system. They are the expert on the trucks in the yard and assist with movement of trucks depending on business needs. Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is a plus! / p

pstrongResponsibilities : / strong / p

liWork with departments to ensure truck issues are solved and recovered. / li

liAccurately enter information into AS400. / li

liTrack trucks and maintain all reports necessary to communicate with departments across the company. / li

liDaily auditing of fleet divisions with no discrepancies. / li

liMaintain daily and accurate inventory of tablets. / li

liInspect all trucks for damages and cleanliness. / li

pstrongQualifications : / strong / p

liExperience in a motor carrier operation (Preferred). / li

liProficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. / li

liBasic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. / li

liBilingual in English and Spanish language (Preferred). / li
