What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the residential location, verifying identification and credentials of residents, visitors, and / or vendors. Provide customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence. Follow site-specific security-related procedures and policies as outlined by Allied Universal and the client site. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and / or property damage according to site protocols. Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations and / or first aid as trained. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
