Action is seeking Access Control Officers for our Grande North property in San Diego.

Compensation : $20 to $21 per hour

3 Shifts Available :

M, Tu, W, Th, Sun, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm

Tu, W, Th, Fri, Sat, 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am

M, Tu, W, Th, Sun, 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

• The Access Control Officer is responsible for providing constant security presence on the interior and exterior as well as respond as necessary to the resident and guest's needs.
• The Access Control Officer will patrol and inspect the common areas on a routine basis to ensure that access is controlled, enforce community policies and ensure the property is well maintained.
• The Access Control Officer must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing residents and guests.
