Position summary : Wilks Property Management is looking for someone to perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machinery and equipment continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the buildings do not deteriorate.

Key Roles / Responsibilities :

• Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers and pruning saws.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and structures.
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other grounds.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
