Key Responsibilities :
Lead clinical research efforts in collaboration with research institutions to support product claims and health benefits
Analyze and publish research findings into whitepapers and translate results into actionable insights for internal teams and customers
Drive nutrition-forward R&D by collaborating with Operations and Innovation teams to develop new products and optimize existing formulations
Required Qualifications :
Board Certification by the American College of Veterinary Nutrition (DACVIM - Nutrition) or a PhD in Animal Nutrition
Proven track record leading clinical research and / or feeding trials with peer-reviewed journal publications
Experience collaborating with pet brands on formulation R&D and familiarity with AAFCO
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative mindset
Passionate about pet health and promoting preventive, nutrition-based care
