Your role will drive revenue, manage costs, and cultivate a hospital culture focused on top-notch patient care and exceptional customer service. You will oversee the planning and coordination of hospital operations while creating a supportive and cohesive team environment. Given the managerial responsibilities and the need for in-person interaction with clients and employees, regular on-site attendance is a fundamental requirement for this position. Responsibilities :
- Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance
- Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs
- Manage accounts receivable
- Oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs
- Manage payroll for hospital staff
- Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs
- Champion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practices
- Lead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations, and administrative tasks
- Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Establish and drive the culture of the hospital
- Track and maintain current licensures for all DVMs
- Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations
- Demonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client service
